More Than Physical

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word

STRENGTH?

Is it mental, is it physical, is it emotional, or spiritual?

The reality is it's all of the above. Though often times our culture highlights only one or two.

To fully embody strength means more than what you lift in the gym.

Strength is waking up on your tired days and still using the last bit of your energy to give back to the world.

*Not waking up on your tired days and spreading your negative vibrations with the world.

Strength is choosing to be happy and joyful even when it seems as if the whole world is against.

Strength is choosing to stand up, to fight for, and defend what you believe in. Even if that means standing alone.

Strength is the ability to put yourself before others while also understanding that it's never been about you.

Strength is the injured athlete that still supports his team without bitterness.

Strength is the single parent that holds down both roles and does not accept defeat.

Strength is the person who feels lost, and alone, and wants to give up but fights another day.

Strength is the friend that chooses to be happy for their peers and not envious. To support each persons journey without expectation or disappointment.

Strength is sharing your knowledge with the world for GLOBAL growth instead of harboring your education for personal gain.

My message is simple, Its not easy.. It won't be easy. It will hurt like hell.

People will hurt you, they will leave you, they will disappoint you.

You will fail many times, you will fall short, and you will have to start again.. and again.. and again.

but you won't give up.

You won't give up because you are STRONG! You are STRENGTH ! You are enough!

Don't ever give up on you, don't ever place your strength in others, or allow the world to dim your light.

KEEP YOUR STRENGTH IN YOU & THEN USE YOUR STRENGTH TO CHANGE THE WORLD.
